Shipping

Please allow 2 - 3 business days for dispatch of your order. If there are any unexpected delays, you will be contacted by us. If your parcel is being sent to your work address, please provide a company name.

For orders placed during a holiday period, please allow 5 -7 business days for your order to be dispatched.

LOCAL SHIPPING

We ship items locally for a flat fee depending on location. Local orders will be shipped via local courier with tracking; this will generally take between 1-3 days to arrive. All prices will be quoted prior to purchase.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship items internationally for a flat fee depending on size of order and location. International orders will be shipped via International Post with tracking; this will generally take between 1-3 weeks to arrive.

Custom and duty charges - Deliveries to countries might incur customs or import taxes. Unfortunately, since we don’t have any control over these charges, we cannot cover them for you.

Delivery times - The times listed above are only estimations; We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, especially during high-volume periods.

Delivery issues - Please note once the parcel has left our warehouse, it is not our responsibility. We are not liable for missing parcels due to errors on the customer or carrier's part. If your order is returned to us for an incorrect address, postal charges will be charged again at the same rate to the new address.
